I traveled to Thailand to check out Pattaya, Phuket, and Bangkok so I stayed in various places. Out of all the places I stayed, Nova Park was by far the best of them all. I loved how huge the rooms were and how you could open up the slider and windows and get fresh air in. The staff, everyone from the cleaning ladies to the front desk, were always super kind and friendly. The breakfast served daily was amazing too. The location was great and I could easily walk to a ton of great spots nearby. The place shows its' age in some ways but overall, I felt the value was unbeatable. I liked the place so much I'm rebooking here again for my next trip in a few months.

Very disappointed. I've stayed here many times and loved it. This time, the room stinks of damp, we had to go out and buy air fresheners. The drain in the shower doesn't work, there's cupboard doors missing, the bedroom door doesn't shut properly. My son found a condom wrapper under his bed! When I complained to reception, nothing was done.

My belongings went missing from room

Sadly on my last visit to the hotel my belongings, to the value of 400 USD left in the room went missing. I have stayed in this hotel, once or twice a week for over 1 year, and regularly tip the staff the 200 thb key deposit fee. So I’m extremely disappointed. Both managers could care less and no offer to help, nor did they seem surprised or interested at all. I cannot recommend this hotel and will never stay there again, unless they do the right thing and return my belongings or some kind of apology/ compensation.

Great value for money, ok the decor was a little dated but it's not noticed after the first night, the room was spacious and had cooking facilities. The pool area was excellent and the staff were brilliant, I would definitely stay here again.

Very average hotel a little bit dated but it is good enough for the price paid. Location is very good, 15 min walk to any where fun. I would go back to NOVA if it is updated/refurbish. The pool is a bit deep for me as I am not a good swimmer
